All of our bikes are subject to a 26-point pre delivery inspection (PDI) from our Bosch, Yamaha, Shimano & Fazua authorised workshop before departure from our warehouse.

Additional protective packaging is added, your bike is then swiftly dispatched via DPD courier for next-day delivery to your specified address. You will receive comprehensive tracking updates via text and email, giving you the convenience of monitoring it's journey to your doorstep.

Upon arrival, your bike will be predominantly assembled and will be accompanied by:

1. An easyBike set-up guide for simple final assembly.
2. All of the relevant tools you will need to complete assembly.
3. An easyBike pack with bike care cleaning and lubrication products from Mucoff.

If at any time during your bike ownership you have any queries or require assistance, our team is readily available via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

While we anticipate minimal warranty claims due to the premium components used in our supplied bikes, rest assured that easyBike is committed to providing comprehensive support should any issues arise. Our bikes come with a 2-year warranty on components and 2-5 years on frames, ensuring your peace of mind. Initial contact should be directed to us, although warranty services can also be arranged through authorised UK dealers of the respective brand. We stock a wide range of parts and spares from all of the brands that we supply so rest assured if you are in need of a certain part, we can have it dispatched to be with you on the next working day.
