How to order using cycle to work vouchers

We'll promptly reach out to you after receiving your order to discuss any potential upcharge. Alternatively, feel free to contact us before placing your order to confirm the voucher value.
  • If we need to order the bike from our supplier, we kindly ask for either the voucher or a deposit, which will be refunded upon voucher receipt. You can conveniently make this deposit payment via a secure payment link.
  • Once we have received the deposit or voucher, we'll swiftly allocate the bike to your account if it's currently in stock. For items in our supplier's inventory, we'll proceed to place the order on your behalf.

The Cycle to Work scheme is a UK Government tax exemption initiative introduced in the Finance Act 1999 to promote healthier journeys to work and to reduce environmental pollution.
